I ask for £100 booking deposit and the balance is then paid 6 weeks before you are due to arrive. Your monies are quite safe with me. If you read all the reviews - many of these people have booked directly and there have been no issues. In some cases you can save hundreds of pounds by booking direct. This is why you will not see a large number of reviews on Airbnb or Booking.com. Visitors can leave reviews on TripAdvisor even if the holiday has not been booked here. This is where you will find the largest number of reviews.
Some people do ask me to contact them by messages on a third party web site - I am unable do this as they do not give me your contact details until you have paid the full amount for your holiday.

The Spring and Summer seasons are open for weekly bookings and there are still a few slots remaining in May and October. Please get in touch if you have any queries or have dates in mind. Thank you
